How shipping works
Discreet packaging
Orders arrive in plain boxes with a generic label. The packing slip shows only 'Lemontoyshop.' Nothing visible identifies what's inside.
Domestic delivery
Free standard shipping on every US order. UPS or USPS, 2–4 business days. Expedited options available at checkout (1–2 business days). Tracking updates arrive when your label ships.
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties and import VAT are collected at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery. Transit is 5–10 business days.

Need to delay shipping? Email [email protected] within four hours of checkout and we can hold it up to 30 days.
Returns & warranty
30-day returns
Unsatisfied? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll send a prepaid label — no questions, no restocking fee.
Two-year warranty
Every device includes a two-year warranty against motor failure, battery issues, and silicone separation. We replace or repair free of charge on the first claim.
Hygiene note
We accept returns on used products — your refund is processed regardless. Returned items are not refurbished or resold. They're recycled responsibly through our partner.
